1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern access to unagi, una Wallet, una Scan, una Swap, unagi 0, unagi 8, una Chain, related websites, interfaces, APIs, SDKs, documentation, and any connected services made available by WEMIX PTE. LTD. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms presented for a specific product or network.
If you use unagi on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the services.
2. Service Description
unagi is an omnichain initiative designed to simplify activity across multiple blockchain networks. The services may include wallet interfaces, cross-chain routing, transaction preparation, network status, asset display, SDK/API access, meta-transaction records, and integrations with third-party protocols.
Some features may be experimental, unavailable in certain regions, or changed, suspended, or discontinued as networks, partners, legal requirements, or product priorities evolve.
3. Wallets, Keys, and Transactions
You are responsible for the wallets, devices, credentials, approvals, signatures, and blockchain addresses you use with unagi. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once submitted to a network.
unagi may help prepare or route transactions, but it does not guarantee execution, finality, pricing, availability, token value, or compatibility with every chain, wallet, bridge, dApp, validator, oracle, or RPC provider.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with network operations, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, violate sanctions or applicable law, misrepresent identity, or use the services for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity.
You must independently review transactions, fees, routes, approvals, smart contract interactions, and asset risks before signing or submitting any request.
5. Third-Party Services and Risk
The services may link to, rely on, or interoperate with third-party wallets, chains, bridges, exchanges, dApps, analytics providers, oracle providers, and infrastructure operators. WEMIX does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, security, availability, or content.
Digital assets and blockchain activity involve significant risks, including volatility, network congestion, failed transactions, smart contract vulnerabilities, loss of credentials, regulatory change, and protocol or bridge failures.
6. Intellectual Property
The unagi name, logos, designs, software, interfaces, documentation, and content are owned by WEMIX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the services.
Open-source components, SDKs, or APIs may be subject to separate license terms. Those license terms control where they conflict with these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. WEMIX does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEMIX and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of assets, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the services.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
